How To Find the Boat?
From Grace Bay area, go West on Leeward Highway and turn Left at roundabout signposted Venetian Road (next roundabout after the Graceway IGA). Continue on Venetian Road for approx 1.3 miles. Look on right for signs to Harbour Club Villas & Marina and then take the next Right turn (if you look up there is a big cream colored house on the hill above you ) where there is a sign for Wymara villas). Take the Right turn immediately after the house number 12, where there is a small blue sing “Marina”. The boat is in the marina on the left hand side.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience possible we keep our numbers small and as such any cancellation makes a difference, as both boat space and instructors for courses have been arranged.
We appreciate that sometimes things happen beyond your control and amendments or cancellations become necessary. Whilst we will try to accommodate any requested amendments these cannot be guaranteed. When calculating our cancellation charges we have tried to be fair and take into account all factors. However, we are sure you will agree it would be unfair for us to carry the burden of financial loss due to no fault on our part and therefore cannot recommend strongly enough taking out Holiday Insurance to cover these circumstances.
Private Charters – cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the day of diving will receive a full refund (less credit card and administration fees). Cancellations made 30 days or less and no-shows, are non-refundable.
All diving only and Instruction cancellations made 31 days or more prior to first day of diving will receive a full refund (less credit card and administration fees). Cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to first day of diving receive 50% refund (less credit card and administration fees). Cancellations 14 days or less, no-shows, unused dives and/or package features due to premature departure, are non-refundable and non-transferable. All dive packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once you arrive on island.
Where ever possible, we will try to fill your spaces when you have to cancel. Where we are able to do this we are happy to provide you with a full refund ( less credit cards fees and administration fees).
In the event that we cancel due to weather/mechanical issues, etc, we would of course, provide you with a full refund.
* All eLearning passes and materials remain payable in full, irrespective of when the cancellation is made.
